Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive professional for the production and editing of audiovisual content for social media and digital platforms, including event coverage and creation of marketing materials. We are looking for a creative and proactive professional to join our communications and audiovisual production team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut for agile editing of social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form YouTube videos. * Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for creating basic animations and motion graphics (preferred). * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. * Experience filming with DSLR or mirrorless cameras. * Knowledge of lighting, audio capture, and audiovisual composition. * Experience covering corporate events, interviews, and photographic documentation. * Ability to edit event highlight videos within tight deadlines. * Familiarity with live streaming using OBS Studio, Zoom, and Facebook Live (preferred). **COMPETENCIES** * Creativity and visual judgment. * Organization and deadline adherence. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Proactivity and results orientation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Production and editing of audiovisual content for social media and digital platforms. * Coverage of events, conferences, training sessions, and interviews. * Editing of promotional, institutional, and commercial videos. * Creation of audiovisual assets for digital marketing campaigns. * Support for live streaming and multimedia production. Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Pueblo Libre, Lima
