Support in food preparation and production Kitchen Assistant – Delibakery | San Isidro Branch At Delibakery, a well-known restaurant chain recognized for its quality and culinary offerings, we are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant for our San Isidro branch. Requirements: * Technical studies in Gastronomy (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchens or restaurants. * Basic knowledge of mise en place, production, and portioning. * Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene best practices. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: * Assist in food preparation and production. * Perform mise en place and ingredient setup. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen area. * Support proper storage and product rotation. * Comply with food quality and safety standards. * Provide daily operational support to chefs and kitchen supervisors.
