Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Supervisor to support daily store operations, ensure an excellent shopping experience, and coordinate internal processes. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with an outstanding service attitude to join our team as Operations Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, customer service, order coordination, and supervision of internal processes to ensure an excellent shopping experience. **Main Responsibilities** * In-person and WhatsApp customer service * Sales management and social media handling * Cashier support during shifts * Order coordination and delivery dispatch * Entering orders into the system * Receiving suppliers and managing purchases * Warehouse organization and inventory management * Supervising and supporting production and store staff * Assisting with store decoration and presentation **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service, operations, or store administration * Basic Excel and order system proficiency * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proactivity and leadership capabilities * Immediate availability **Benefits** * Immediate payroll enrollment * Bonus payments in July and December * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) * Vacation days * Stable employment contract * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Includes breakfast Preference given to candidates residing in nearby areas.
