Planning Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to plan and control production, identify bottlenecks, and generate KPIs in the textile sector. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in manufacturing operations and planning, preferably in the textile industry 2. Knowledge of productivity techniques (Lean, JIT, TOC) 3. Ability to identify bottlenecks and generate KPIs **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and planning departments within manufacturing companies, preferably in the textile and apparel sector, with knowledge of productivity and planning methodologies such as lean manufacturing, JIT, or TOC. Proactivity Advanced Excel skills and willingness to pursue professional development. Age not exceeding 28 years. **Main Responsibilities** \- Production planning and control (weekly, monthly, shipments). \- Material Balance: Order settlement, purchased fabric used, paid arrivals, balances, cut fabric, consumption, garments and balances, and seconds, biweekly. \- Progress tracking per department (daily/weekly). \- Identification of bottlenecks and potential solutions (daily/weekly). \- Generation and tracking of KPIs, production per department, on-time-in-full (OTIF), seconds by type, action plans, process flows, lead time, cost allocation, etc. Workplace: On-site employment Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
