Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Production Assistant for HDPE pipe manufacturing, responsible for inventory control, production tracking, and raw material management. Proactivity and results orientation We are a company dedicated to HDPE pipe manufacturing and are currently seeking 1 Production Assistant. Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and SAP. * 6 to 12 months of industrial sector experience. * Residence in Lurín or neighboring districts. * Analytical and process monitoring skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Responsible attitude and eagerness to learn. * Teamwork capability. * Strong communication skills. Responsibilities: * Conduct plant-wide inventory counts at the end of each month, completing them on the scheduled date as per plan. * Request daily raw material requirements from the warehouse department, ensuring timely delivery. * Quote required accessories and/or production inputs; generate purchase orders (O/C) and track their fulfillment. * Monitor incoming and outgoing raw materials. * Track daily finished product output, scrap, and recovered materials. * Enter daily production data into the production control dashboard; prepare summary production reports for management and accounting. * Understand applicable procedures and regulations (safety, environmental, and/or quality). * Record raw material and finished product consumption in SAP. * Monitor and manage finished products stored in the production stock warehouse. * Generate staff shift schedules considering productivity factors. * Review and monitor attendance records for production personnel. * Perform all duties inherent to the position.
