Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and dynamic Junior Mechanical Technician to support the maintenance, supervision, and operational monitoring of our taxi fleet. Key Highlights: 1. The company requires a **Junior Mechanical Technician**, responsible, dynamic, and proactive, to assist in the maintenance, supervision, and operational monitoring of the taxi fleet. Graduate in Automotive Mechanics or related fields. **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect the overall condition of fleet vehicles. * Perform and complete inspection checklists for each unit. * Identify and report mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic faults. * Conduct field visits. Coordinate and execute the transportation/mobilization of units to and from authorized workshops. * Record and enter information into the system (reports, maintenance logs, incidents). * Support basic fault diagnostics under supervision. * Maintain order, cleanliness in the workplace, and ensure vehicles remain in good condition. * Take weekly follow-up photographs of vehicles, damages, repair progress, and vehicle status. * Coordinate with drivers regarding incidents and observations. * Control and record maintenance activities, expenses, and reports in **Microsoft Excel**. * Provide general support in fleet management. * Comply with safety protocols and internal procedures. * Provide support in other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of automotive mechanics (preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance). * Proficiency in using workshop tools. * Proficiency in **Excel** and **Word**. * Good interpersonal skills and coordination ability. * Experience in fleet operations or the automotive sector (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience (including pre-professional internships). * Valid A2A driver's license (preferred) or valid A1 driver's license (mandatory). **Offered:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth.
