A construction company is seeking a **Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor** with proven experience in residential construction, renovations, extensions, foundations, and reinforced concrete structures. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction. * Experience in excavations, foundations, footings, columns, slabs, beams, and reinforced concrete. * Management and supervision of construction crews. * Basic ability to read architectural and structural drawings. * Knowledge of formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, and curing. * Ability to organize daily tasks and monitor progress. * Knowledge of on-site safety practices. * Responsible, punctual, organized, and leadership-oriented. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site personnel. * Coordinate demolition, excavation, foundation, and structural works. * Ensure works are executed according to drawings and technical instructions. * Control quality, materials, tools, and progress. * Report incidents and requirements to the site manager. * Maintain order and safety at the worksite. **Required Documents:** * Updated CV. * National Identity Document (DNI). * Verifiable employment references. * Immediate availability. **Desirable:** Experience in renovations, residential construction, and structural retrofitting in Modern Lima. **Employment Type:** Project-based or full-time. **Location:** Metropolitan Lima.
