Job Summary:
INDACE GROUP seeks a Quality Inspector to verify spools and piping, ensuring compliance with national and international standards through various inspections and evaluations.
Key Highlights:

**INDACE GROUP**, a metal-mechanical company specializing in spool \& piping fabrication, requires a **Quality Inspector.**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (preferably spool fabrication).
* Knowledge of acceptance criteria specified in standards such as AWS D1\.1, ASME B31\.3, ASME B31\.4, PFI, and other applicable standards.
* Knowledge of material receiving and inspection.
* Knowledge of dimensional control and experience in NDT (VT, PT, RT, UT, MT).
* Knowledge of carbon steel and stainless-steel fabrication.
* Knowledge of welding joint preparation.
* Level II certification in VT, PT, MT (preferred).
* Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) scheduling.
* Ability to read isometric drawings and engineering plans.
* General knowledge of metal-mechanical processes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Release of spool and piping assembly and welding in the workshop.
* Verify the operational status of equipment and instruments used in product evaluation.
* Compile or confirm whether all welding procedures have been issued, verifying that they cover all welded joints required for the project and are properly identified on construction drawings.
* Witness welding procedure qualification and verify compliance with all essential variables.
* Report to the Quality Manager any need for goods or services required to carry out product evaluation.
* Perform product evaluation tasks in the area assigned by the supervisor, in accordance with the quality plan and/or documents established by the department, while complying with national and international standards (NTP, NTP ISO, ASTM).
* Evaluate obtained results and ensure product conformity prior to release.
* Detect, identify, and segregate non-conforming products.
* Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
