Opportunity for professional development in the naval field At **Katsura Servicios Navales S.A.C.**, we are seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to lead activities in our metal-mechanical workshop and supervise the execution of naval services, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Requirements * Technical diploma or graduate in **Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Production Mechanics, or related fields.** * Minimum 2 years of experience as an **Operations Supervisor.** * Experience in metal-mechanical workshops, industrial maintenance, or naval services. * Knowledge of welding, fabrication of metal structures, piping, and mechanical maintenance. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Supervision of operational staff. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (SSOMA). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office.** * Driver's license A\-I preferred. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of operational staff. * Assign and monitor execution of work orders. * Verify quality of completed work and adherence to established deadlines. * Coordinate requirements for materials, tools, and equipment. * Prepare progress and incident reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Optimize workshop productivity and performance. **Competencies** * Leadership. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and decision-making. **Working Conditions** * Formal employment registration from day one (Microenterprise Regime). * Initial remuneration as offered; subject to improvement based on performance. * Labor benefits according to the Microenterprise Regime. * Continuous training and opportunity for professional development. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity to learn and grow within the naval field.
