We seek proactive, high-energy individuals with strong achievement orientation to join our team as **Field Promoter (Strategic Flyering)**. Your primary objective will be to distribute promotional materials and capture the interest of property owners in Lima’s top residential neighborhoods. **Responsibilities:** ● Conduct strategic flyering and distribute informational materials in buildings and key areas of **Barranco, Miraflores, and San Isidro**. ● Identify opportunities and report potential buildings for acquiring new apartments. ● Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, serving as the brand’s first point of contact on the street. ● Fulfill assigned daily distribution routes and targets. **Requirements:** ● Prior experience in fieldwork, flyering, surveys, or customer service (desirable but not mandatory). ● Competitive base salary \+ Bonuses or commissions based on target achievement (apartments acquired).
