We are looking for a responsible, dynamic, service-oriented **Sales Advisor – Counter**, with strong communication skills when interacting with customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide personalized and courteous customer service. * Advise customers on our products and services. * Conduct sales and meet established commercial targets. * Handle cash register operations and process cash and other payment methods accurately. * Operate POS terminals and conduct transactions securely. * Perform opening and closing procedures for the cash register. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the counter area. * Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions. * Track sales performance and support goal achievement. * Assist in various operational activities at the service point. * Comply with internal customer service and security protocols and procedures.
