In our hotels, these associates work across all departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. Whether it’s preparing clean, fresh linens and spotless tableware for our guests’ enjoyment, using and maintaining equipment and tools (e.g., dishwashers, hand-washing stations, washing machines and dryers), or transporting tableware or linens throughout the hotel, these associates ensure the work gets done. Regardless of your position, certain things are essential to succeed—the creation of a safe workplace, adherence to company policies and procedures, compliance with quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to your manager. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance. Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisors that are consistent with this position.
