Requirements * Minimum proven experience of **3 years** in similar positions. * Technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Experience in document management, administrative control, purchase tracking, payments, invoicing, and internal coordination. * Ability to organize information, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and problem-solving judgment. * Availability for on-site work. Main Responsibilities * Support the company’s general administrative management. * Prepare, organize, and control administrative documentation. * Track purchase orders, quotations, invoices, payments, and collections. * Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal staff. * Manage personnel onboarding procedures. * Support attendance tracking, working hours recording, and personnel documentation. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital files. * Assist in preparing administrative reports. * Coordinate internal office requirements, minor purchases, and general services. * Provide administrative support to management and operational departments.
