**Mission and Responsibilities of the Commercial Planning Coordinator.**
Translate monthly commercial goals and overarching strategic objectives into day-to-day executable tactical plans. Responsible for structuring portfolio allocation, defining daily/weekly contact schedules for the sales team, and monitoring run\-rate to ensure timely quota attainment.
Develop a more corporate Commercial Planning Process: Design and implement a new structured commercial planning process that evolves the company’s sales system toward a corporate model.
Daily Quota Allocation and Tracking: Break down monthly targets into daily activity quotas or objectives for the sales team.
KPI Structuring and Architecture: Build and rigorously track key performance indicators (% of *farming*, effectiveness rates, lead temperature, *churn rate*, *lifetime value* \- LTV).
Commercial Playbook Optimization: Design and update contact guidelines by customer type, defining optimal cadences and sequences for prospecting and follow-up.
Commercial Data Governance and CRM Reportability: Consolidate, audit, and update management databases in coordination with Business Intelligence and Finance.
Pipeline Audit and Quality Control (*Pipeline Scrubbing*): Conduct periodic reviews of opportunities recorded in the CRM to identify and clean stagnant deals, inconsistent data, or unrealistic close probabilities, ensuring forecast reliability (*Forecast Accuracy*).
Competitive Analysis and Market Trends: Monitor competitors’ pricing moves, offers, and business models (e.g., leasing, corporate rentals) to identify threats and propose tactical adjustments to the *Playbook*.
