High Techno World, a leading IT services company and authorized service center for top technology firms, is seeking a **PC and Printer Support Technician**. **Requirements**: * Technical degree in computing, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing computer and printer equipment. **Responsibilities**: * Maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of computer and printer equipment. * Precise and efficient interaction with users. * Installation of computer and printer equipment. * Conducting internal testing of computer and printer equipment. * Informing users about equipment faults and repairs. * Ensuring equipment functionality in front of the user. * Generating and obtaining user sign-off on reports. * Generating and obtaining evidence of all service interventions. * Lab organization and maintenance. * Inventory management of spare parts, equipment, and tools in the lab. * Monitoring and controlling the performance of repaired equipment. **Working Conditions**: * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. * On-site work: Breña. * Formal employment contract from day one (General Regime). * Corporate benefits. **We look forward to welcoming you to this new challenge at HTW!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience in maintenance and repair of computer equipment?
