Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and controlling the production of household roll lines, optimizing performance, productivity, and costs. Key Highlights: 1. Manages production to optimize performance and productivity. 2. Ensures product quality and regulatory compliance. 3. Leads and trains personnel, fostering teamwork. **GENERAL FUNCTION** Planning, execution, and control of household roll and pack production lines, focused on optimizing performance, productivity, and cost control. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** · Planning of household roll and pack production lines. · Daily production control; physical and system-based recording of output, consumption, losses, and yields. · Coordination with warehouse for delivery and receipt of raw materials and finished goods. · Requesting inter-warehouse/company item transfers according to the production plan. · Adjusting deviations from the production plan. · Training staff on good practices to ensure quality, safety, and productivity. · Responsible for ensuring the quality of produced goods. · Responsible for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). · Responsible for controlling inventories of raw materials, supplies, and materials. · Responsible for the occupational health and safety management system at the site. · Responsible for preventive maintenance control of equipment. · Responsible for coordinating maintenance with external suppliers. · Preparing monthly performance indicators for the area. · Conducting material explosion and requesting replenishment according to the monthly plan and stock levels. · Tracking material replenishment to ensure production plan compliance. **6. JOB REQUIREMENTS** \- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or Technical Degree in Industrial Administration \- Production and quality experience \- ERP system experience \- Experience in occupational health and safety systems \- **Competencies:** \- Organized, goal-oriented \- Proactive, with strong interpersonal skills \- Leadership, collaborative \- Teamwork \- Effective communication at all levels \- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in production.
