Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Coordinator to monitor service quality, coordinate training programs, and update information at South America's largest telecommunications company. Key Responsibilities: a) Maintain ongoing coordination for training scheduling, follow-up, and service feedback. b) Maintain ongoing coordination and communication with BBVA for information updates. c) Keep training and feedback materials provided to staff up to date. d) Address inquiries from new staff joining the service. e) Perform back-office tasks to review incoming service requests, complaints, reports, and other items. f) Conduct regular knowledge assessments for management staff. g) The Training Coordinator must fulfill requirements assigned by the Service General Coordinator designated by the client. h) Coordinate with BBVA's authorized Commercial Management staff regarding required training for using the new Commercial System. i) The Training Coordinator must perform duties exclusively for this service.
