Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible warehouse assistant to manage medical materials and supplies comprehensively, ensuring control, storage, distribution, and timely procurement within the clinic. At Global Laser Eye Clinic, we seek an assistant capable of ensuring proper control, receipt, storage, custody, and distribution of materials, medical supplies, medications, and other clinic assets, guaranteeing timely supply to various departments and compliance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Receive and verify incoming materials, medical supplies, and other products purchased by the clinic. * Organize and store products according to established procedures and required preservation conditions. * Deliver materials and supplies to various clinic departments as per authorized requests. * Maintain up-to-date physical and system-based inventory records. * Conduct periodic inventories and participate in scheduled comprehensive inventories. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate product identification in storage areas. * Support preparation of stock and warehouse movement reports. * Coordinate with user departments for timely procurement of materials and supplies. * Comply with biosafety, occupational health, and safety regulations. * Coordinate, administer, and control receipt and dispatch of requested materials in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures. * Assist in product transportation when required. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Properly locate and safeguard assets in the warehouse per storage standards, verifying necessary preservation and security measures. **SOFT SKILLS** Organization and orderliness Responsibility and punctuality Ease of integration Attention to detail Teamwork Effective communication **TECHNICAL SKILLS** Goods receipt and dispatch Inventory management **EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE** Higher education or completed studies in administration, logistics, or related fields. Minimum **one year** of experience in warehousing, logistics, or pharmacy/inventory control. Experience in clinics or medical centers is desirable. Proficiency in Excel **CONDITIONS** Formal employment (MYPE) from the first day of work, including all benefits under the specified regime.
