Join the best team and grow as a **Cutting Supervisor** at our **Chincha** location. **What will be your main responsibilities?** Monitor conditions for fabric and material intake into the process. Ensure compliance with spreading and dispatch schedules prepared by PCP. Verify accurate recordkeeping and documentation per procedure at each stage of the cutting process. Generate and balance workload assignments across worktables, machines, and services. Ensure reduction of waste and fabric drops, proper use of packaging materials, and other related measures throughout execution of the established schedule. Other duties assigned by higher-level management. **What qualifications do we require?** Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor in the textile industry. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Experience managing personnel.
