You will be an integral part of the team, working closely with customers to ensure each dress is customized and delivered with high quality and precision. **What We Are Looking For:** · **Adjustments and Modifications:** Perform dress modifications and adjustments according to customer specifications and measurements, ensuring a perfect fit and meeting the store's quality standards. · **Customer Consultations:** Work directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering suggestions and solutions to improve dress fit and style. · **Workshop Maintenance:** Maintain a clean, organized workspace equipped with the necessary tools to perform modifications efficiently. · **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure timely delivery of dresses that meet customer expectations. **Required Skills:** \- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a tailor, preferably in fashion or haute couture dressmaking. \- Advanced sewing skills and ability to perform a wide range of dress adjustments and modifications. \- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. \- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM (2 Saturdays off per month) **Education:** \- Knowledge of or formal studies in haute couture or fashion design. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
