REQUIREMENTS: \- Knowledge of women's garment pattern making (jackets). \- Knowledge of freehand pattern drafting. \- Knowledge of template usage. \- Knowledge of woven and knitted fabrics (mixed). \- Knowledge of fabric spreading. \- Knowledge of patterns. \- Operation of vertical cutting machine. \- Operation of straight cutting machine. \- Orderliness, punctuality, responsibility, order, and cleanliness. \- Judgment and proactivity in problem solving. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a textile cutter. FUNCTIONS: Perform fabric spreading, layering, placement of patterns, and corresponding fabric marking; organization; cutting speed. * Verify that the marking notches indicated in the fabric marking are clearly defined. * Inspect fabric spreading prior to the cutting process. * Verify cutting accuracy of each fabric piece and achieve minimal fabric waste.
