




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure and Projects Supervisor to lead the execution and technical validation of network installations and ensure operational continuity in a mining environment. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the technical supervision of network installation activities. 2. Ensure proper installation and connectivity of active equipment. 3. Prepare and validate engineering deliverables for the project. **Telecommunications services company requires professionals for a 3-month project at a Mine (Ica – Marcona)** **IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND PROJECTS SUPERVISOR** **Mandatory Requirements:** \-**Education:** **Licensed and Registered Engineer** (Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, Systems, or related fields). \-**Mining Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of proven field supervision experience in mining units, ensuring adherence to schedules and technical standards. \-**Technical Experience:** Advanced knowledge in supervising: * Industrial network equipment (Switches, Routers, Servers, and Controllers). * Deployment of wireless networks (APs) in high-interference environments. * Physical infrastructure: Cable tray installation, cabinet and NAP/ODF box mounting. **\-Regulations:** Expert knowledge of **TIA/EIA standards (568, 569, 606\)** for structured cabling and optical fiber. **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical Supervision of Installations: Supervise correct execution of optical fiber (multimode/single-mode) laying, Cat6a UTP cabling, and infrastructure assembly (trays and cabinets) per design specifications. * Validation of Active Equipment: Ensure proper physical installation and connectivity of switches, access points, and servers, guaranteeing professional cable labeling and dressing. * Deliverables and Engineering Management: Responsible for preparing and validating As-Built drawings (as-installed drawings), network diagrams, and descriptive work reports. * Infrastructure Protection: Verify that all installations meet appropriate IP ratings for protection against dust, moisture, and vibration, ensuring operational continuity in the mining environment. * Technical Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, test protocols, and technical compliance documents for project milestone closure.
