What would your responsibilities be? Lead the VoE model to diagnose and elevate engagement levels through a comprehensive active listening strategy. Transform qualitative and quantitative feedback into a strategic roadmap of recommendations to support senior leadership decision-making. Optimize the employee journey to ensure every touchpoint reinforces the employee’s emotional connection and sense of belonging. Support organizational engagement management by designing strategies that enhance employees’ emotional connection and sense of belonging. Apply agile and co-creation methodologies to design, prototype, and iteratively improve various moments of the talent experience. Develop people analytics models that correlate experience data with business, performance, and retention metrics. Integrate VoE data with engagement metrics to generate high-value insights that directly impact business profitability and sustainability. Requirements Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in related roles. Experience using prototyping tools. Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research. Knowledge of user-centered design. Experience managing projects using agile methodologies.
