Support in defining and monitoring strategies **Date:** Jan 27, 2026 **Location:** 14 \- LIMA, PE **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are seeking a **Strategic Management Analyst – Corporate** **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze, consolidate, and coordinate the planning and control of strategic projects (schedules, deliverables, and KPIs) in collaboration with responsible departments, conducting continuous progress monitoring. * Prepare executive reports and progress indicators for senior management and strategic committees, as well as executive presentations integrating key performance information on projects. * Analyze key information related to corporate strategy and exploration, digital transformation, and mine closure projects. * Support the definition and monitoring of strategies associated with the Company’s strategic projects. * Coordinate and support the organization of the PE Day for its annual editions, managing logistics, resources, and content. **Professional Profile:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mining Management Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. ***IMPORTANT!*** ***Buenaventura does not request any type of payment to participate in its selection processes.
