Opportunity for professional development in a growing company We are a project management company seeking a professional with experience as a Civil Supervisor. **What We Are Looking For?** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and processes outlined in the construction manual. **Requirements:** * University graduate/registered Civil Engineer with over 5 years of experience * Minimum 5 years of experience supervising and controlling projects in the education, building, or construction sector (Mandatory) * Experience in engineering review. * Knowledge of current regulations applicable to construction and project management * AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, cost control, and budgeting * Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Must reside in Southern Lima **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage construction projects. * Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary work teams. * Manage contracts and ensure compliance with established terms. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting required quality standards. * Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Identify and mitigate project-related risks. * Prepare progress reports and present results to senior management. * Implement and maintain best practices in project management. * Skills in contract and team supervision, leadership, effective communication, and conflict resolution * Ensure all facilities comply with applicable regulations and quality standards. * Manage work teams by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. * Prepare periodic progress reports on projects and propose solutions to potential issues **What We Offer?** * The opportunity to join a growing company in the project supervision and management sector. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and advance professionally. * Formal employment with social benefits (MYPE regime) * The opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of our workers, leaving a positive legacy in the industry.
