Comprehensive management of healthcare services, processes, and events. **NURSING COORDINATOR** **A recognized HEALTH CORPORATION is seeking experienced professionals for the Healthcare Services Coordinator position.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Nursing * Leadership (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google tools, Zoom, and Google Meet (mandatory). Responsibilities: * Leadership ability, teamwork, and strong communication skills. \- Conduct administrative procedures with relevant authorities, including MINSA. \- Monitor and review healthcare service indicators. \- Periodically evaluate performance of events, campaigns, healthcare services, medical device sales, and health personnel. \- Develop content for brochures presenting medical services and devices. \- Design administrative process flows for general management, commercial operations, pricing, guest itineraries, and medical device kardexes. \- Prepare quotations, comparative cost tables, identify suppliers, supervise booth, classroom, and interpretation cabin setup for events. \- Identify suppliers, potential end customers, and corporate clients. \- Ensure coordination among commercial, logistics, academic, and administrative teams. \- Draft letters, reports, minutes, and other related documents. \- Resolve arising difficulties and implement corrective actions to improve academic services. \- Analyze and respond to complaints within established timeframes and implement corrective actions. \- Other duties inherent to the position.
