Coordinate with various departments involved in the surgical scheduling workflow (budgeting, medical and nursing staff, etc.) to ensure smooth surgical interventions. 2\. Comply with institutional policies and support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. 3\. Perform all other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. 4\. Understand the scheduled procedure and attend to the patient at the appropriate time; greet the patient cordially and treat them respectfully. 5\. Prepare all required instruments and materials for the surgery, verifying that no item is missing prior to the start of the intervention. 6\. Perform surgical hand washing, then don sterile attire—with assistance from the circulating nurse—and put on sterile gloves. **Requirements:** Licensed Registered Nurse with current Professional Competency Certificate.
