On behalf of our client, we are seeking an **Operational Control and Monitoring Analyst** to support the achievement of corporate objectives through monitoring, supervision, and improvement of operational management across our business units. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate with business unit heads on the execution of action plans and monitor their implementation. * Implement corrective actions to improve employee performance and resolve bottlenecks identified in processes. * Analyze management indicators, verifying compliance with operational, commercial, and regulatory targets. * Supervise adherence to processes, procedures, policies, and corporate standards. * Identify deviations, non-compliances, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective actions. * Conduct periodic visits to branches and subsidiaries to verify proper execution of operations. * Prepare management reports and dashboards for the Operational Management Directorate. **Requirements** * Technical professional degree in Administration, Administrative Management, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in people management, operational supervision, production control, or similar functions. **Knowledge** * Operations management and control. * Development and monitoring of action plans. * Monitoring and analysis of management indicators. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Competencies** * Results-oriented. * Analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Planning and organization. * Teamwork. * Service orientation. **We Offer** * Fixed remuneration of **S/ 2,200\.00**. * Professional development opportunity. * Direct participation in organizational improvement and growth projects. * Ongoing training. **Conditions** * On-site work at the main office (Av. Salary: Up to S/.2,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
