We are looking for a **Collections Manager \- San Isidro (Temporary Position for Vacation Coverage)**, whose primary objective is the efficient and effective recovery of outstanding debts or credits via telephone contact. Responsibilities: * Contact individuals or companies with overdue payments. * Propose payment plans or discounts within the terms established by the firm. * Document all interactions and call outcomes. * Ensure collection activities comply with current legislation. * Increase debt recovery efficiency for the firm's clients. Requirements: * Technical or university-level education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections. * Preferred experience managing charged-off accounts and judicial collections. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
