Job Summary: We are seeking a Motorized Collection Officer for a leading law firm, responsible for debt collection from delinquent portfolios through field visits. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Motorized Collection Officer**, whose mission is to conduct debt collection activities for delinquent portfolios via field visits (residences, businesses, etc.). **Responsibilities:** \- Deliver letters and notifications to debtors within the assigned area to ensure corresponding payments. \- Confirm completed visits by drafting emails and submitting relevant evidence (e.g., photos of visited properties, location screenshots, etc.). \- Verify addresses and housing layout sketches, and submit this information to courts. \- Submit daily reports on completed visits. \- Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate coordinator. **Requirements:** \- Completed or ongoing technical studies. \- Minimum 1 year of fieldwork experience. \- Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or collections experience. \- Availability to work in the field. \- Financial product knowledge is desirable. \- Proficient user-level MS Office skills. \- Valid motorcycle driver's license (B2B) and properly documented paperwork (SOAT, vehicle registration, etc.). **We Offer:** \- Base salary \+ performance-based bonuses. \- Food voucher. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. \- Dynamic and professional work environment.
