Support in various notarial activities PRE-PROFESSIONAL LAW INTERN We are looking for a Pre-Professional Law Intern. REQUIREMENTS: * Law student in the final years of study. * Notary experience (desirable). * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Immediate availability. * Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Good communication skills. * Punctuality. * Ability to work in a team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist with signature legalization. * Open books. * Prepare and process travel permits for minors. * Draft and track notarial letters. * Serve the public and provide user guidance. * Support other notarial activities related to the department.
