Group, a company dedicated since 2008 to the importation, commercialization, and distribution of medical materials and supplies, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Location:** Callao, near Makro – Av. Faucett Responsibilities * Prepare quotations for public and private sectors. * Draft administrative documents and reports. * Issue receipts and invoices. * Manage petty cash. * Handle documentation related to DIGEMID (training will be provided). * **Support assigned tasks from department leadership.** Requirements * Technical graduate in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work in a team. * Immediate availability.
