Dynamic and creative work environment **Job Description** At **ASEUNI**, a university preparatory academy with a well-positioned brand, we are looking for an **Audiovisual Creator and Graphic Designer** to lead the production of visual and audiovisual content for advertising campaigns, social media, and institutional materials. We seek a **creative, organized, and results-oriented individual**, capable of delivering on deadlines and working in close coordination with the Marketing department. **Main Responsibilities** * Video recording and editing (Reels, Stories, institutional and promotional content). * Video editing for advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). * Graphic design of visual assets. * Audiovisual coverage of events, activations, and classes. * Adaptation of content to various formats and platforms. * Ongoing coordination with the Marketing team and management. * Maintenance of ASEUNI’s graphic and visual identity. * **Availability to conduct audiovisual coverage (photography and video) across multiple campuses, as scheduled and required by operational needs.** **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of **1–2 years** of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in: * Adobe Premiere Pro * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * After Effects (preferred) * Knowledge of social media formats (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Availability for on-site work in Comas. * **Portfolio required (videos and graphic assets).** **Competencies** * Results-oriented creativity * Organization and time management * Responsibility and reliability * Teamwork * Proactivity **We Offer** * Opportunity to join an academy with an established brand * Job stability * Market-competitive remuneration * Dynamic and creative work environment * Growth opportunities within the Marketing department Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
