Currently, we are searching for a COOK with at least 3 years of experience handling cold, hot, and fried food stations to join our team. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience working with fish and seafood. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (rotating days off). Culinary education is mandatory. Prior experience as a cook with demonstrated responsibilities. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** Prepare ceviches and other seafood dishes according to established recipes and standards. Clean, cut, and prepare fish and seafood. Maintain clean and sanitized work areas at all times. Work collaboratively as part of the kitchen team.
