Currently, we are seeking a CHEF with experience handling cold, hot, and fried snack stations to join our kitchen team. Minimum 3 years of experience required! **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in fish and seafood preparation. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (rotating days off). Formal culinary education is mandatory. Proven experience as a chef with demonstrated responsibilities. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** Prepare ceviches and other seafood dishes according to established recipes and standards. Perform cleaning, cutting, and preparation of fish and seafood. Maintain clean and sanitized work areas at all times. Collaborate effectively as part of the kitchen team.
