




We are looking for a Community Manager with proven experience in managing online communities, adaptability to change, and a strategic vision to manage and develop social media communities. Requirements: - Completed technical or university studies in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication; Graphic Design or related fields. - Minimum one year of experience working as a Community Manager. Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in graphic design, photo editing, and video editing software (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop and Adobe Premiere). Main responsibilities: - Video editing for advertising campaigns, social media, and corporate materials. - Audio handling, color grading, and basic image retouching. - Proposing creative ideas to enhance audiovisual storytelling. Supporting advertising campaigns, promotions, and product launches. - Adapting content into different formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.). - Social media content planning and management. Weekly and monthly content planning for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. - Using WhatsApp Business for sales. Responding to messages, comments, and customer inquiries on social media. - Creating compelling texts and copy for posts. - Reporting metrics and results of digital campaigns. - Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
