Promptly address incidents related to supply. **We are looking for a Plant Dispatcher!** At **YANA Consulting**, on behalf of our client — a leading cement industry company — we are seeking a Plant Dispatcher. ( **Callao**) **What will be your mission?** Coordinate and ensure the timely dispatch of raw materials and supplies, guaranteeing appropriate scheduling, customer service, and compliance with safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise order scheduling and dispatch. * Accurately register and verify information in the system. * Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Collections departments. * Inform customers and sales advisors about order delays or issues. * Promptly address incidents related to supply. * Update plant performance indicators, vehicle availability, and punctuality. * Proactively communicate changes to the next day’s schedule. * Support daily production closing activities. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. * 2–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or similar roles. * Proficiency in Excel and SAP. * Knowledge of distribution performance indicators. **Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site (Callao). * Shift schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (Night shift\-early morning). * Direct payroll enrollment from day one.
