Lead the creation and optimization of content series A prominent healthcare institution is looking for a **Content Strategist – Content Creator** to join its Marketing and Communications team. We seek a strategic and creative professional capable of **planning, creating, supervising, and optimizing digital content**, ensuring brand consistency, medical rigor, and high performance across digital platforms. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Strategy and Planning** * Define which content types are most effective for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, website, blog), aligned with marketing and business objectives. * Co-design the annual and monthly content calendar with the marketing team, aligned with OKRs and peak commercial seasons. * Translate technical and medical information into clear, understandable, and engaging messages for the general public. * Analyze performance metrics, document learnings, and propose continuous improvements. **Brand Building and Storytelling** * Ensure professional, approachable communication aligned with the brand’s medical focus. * Guarantee correct application of style guides across text, design, and video on all channels. * Develop a content strategy based on Hero, Hub, and Help models. * Create and lead content series (real patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, expert interviews, medical education). **Content Creation and Supervision** * Develop literary scripts, captions, editorial content, descriptions, shooting plans, and internal/external resources. * Coordinate and supervise script and storyboard execution with the production team. * Monitor filming timelines and record technical observations to optimize editing. * Supervise set aesthetics, wardrobe, props, and environment. * Ensure content complies with health regulations and digital platform policies. * Incorporate visual effects, animations, graphic assets, and AI tools in content creation. * Execute autonomous content production when required (filming, editing, design). **Optimization, Trends, and Growth** * Ensure web content is SEO-optimized. * Conduct A/B testing of creatives, hooks, and formats. * Monitor trends, algorithms, competitors, and potential reputational risks. * Propose new ideas, formats, and platforms to scale results. * Perform periodic benchmarking against leading clinics and brands in the sector. **Patient, Influencer, and Event Engagement** * Coordinate collaborations with patients and influencers (micro-influencers, medical professionals, specialists). * Manage UGC (user-generated content) and image usage permissions. * Plan and supervise live streams, events, and educational campaigns. * Support dissemination, moderation, and engagement during live streams and streaming. **Team Integration** * Collaborate closely with Community Managers, designers, videographers, traffickers, and medical teams. * Ensure consistency between organic content and paid campaigns. * Propose data- and trend-driven strategic improvements. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Studies, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in digital content creation and/or strategy. * Experience in content planning—not only execution. * Solid knowledge of social media, storytelling, and digital formats. * Proficiency in video editing and design tools (intermediate–advanced level). * Strong organizational, analytical, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills. * Prior experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness sectors is desirable (but not mandatory). * Interest in innovation, technology, and AI-powered tools. **BENEFITS** * Join a stable and growing institution. * Actively contribute to brand building. * Work closely with healthcare professionals and specialists. * Positive work environment. * Compensation above market average. * Real opportunities for professional and creative development.
