This is your opportunity to unleash your talent and join our company! **Job Mission:** Generate creative proposals that respond to the objectives and guidelines of the assigned brand. **Responsibilities:** * Developing monthly content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) featuring valuable and disruptive content tailored to each platform’s specific codes. * Collaborating on creative campaign proposals—from conceptualization through content execution. * Continuously monitoring social media to identify trends and integrate the brand into digital conversations with high-impact content. * Coordinating with internal teams on audiovisual content development, participating in production or content recording. * Contributing creative ideas to keep the brand’s digital content and presence up-to-date. * Reviewing and analyzing post-performance metrics to propose changes or adjustments that improve content quality. * Publishing or scheduling content across social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok (for TikTok only, videos will be edited directly on the platform). * Participating in client meetings to review content or present creative proposals. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Writing and spelling proficiency * Assertive communication * Creativity and innovation **Requirements:** * Must reside in Lima, Peru. * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Knowledge of digital marketing and creative copywriting. * Familiarity with trends and functionality of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn). * Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney) * Intermediate-level CapCut proficiency. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office and Google Drive proficiency. * Intermediate-level Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Analytics proficiency. * Basic graphic design knowledge (not required to design, but necessary to provide accurate feedback to the design team). * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience creating social media content. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment * Career development path * Free training programs * Opportunity to collaborate with leading brands and expand the reach of your proposals. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. * Hybrid work arrangement. * EPS health insurance—company covers 25%. * Additional time off: We grant 4 extra vacation days. * Birthday benefit: Work only until 12:00 pm on your birthday—or whenever you choose to redeem it!
