Currently, we are seeking a COOK with experience handling cold, hot, and fried food stations to join our team. Minimum 3 years of experience required! **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience with fish and seafood. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (rotating days off). Formal culinary education is mandatory. Prior experience as a cook with demonstrated responsibilities. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities:** Prepare ceviche and other seafood dishes according to established recipes and standards. Perform cleaning, cutting, and preparation of fish and seafood. Maintain work areas clean and sanitized at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen team members.
