At the Museum of Art of Lima – MALI, we are seeking a Graphic Designer responsible for developing visual materials for campaigns, educational programs, and museographic projects, ensuring consistency with the institution’s identity. Responsibilities Design graphic materials for campaigns, courses, programs, and institutional communications. * Develop materials such as posters, flyers, banners, signage, mailings, and digital content. * Adapt graphic materials for both in-house and third-party events. * Coordinate with printing houses and suppliers for material production (color proofs, pre-press). * Propose creative concepts aligned with the museum’s identity. * Ensure proper application of the brand guidelines across all deliverables. * Support museographic projects and exhibition signage. * Participate in the creation and editing of audiovisual content. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Graphic Design. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and production. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). * Knowledge of layout design, digital design, and social media assets. * Familiarity with basic animation and AI-powered design tools is desirable. * Creativity, proactivity, and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
