Professional development within a growing company. ***Purpose*** Lead and execute the firm’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring consistent lead generation and positioning the clinic as a reference in pediatric orthodontics. This role combines execution and leadership. Initially, operational tasks will be performed; however, as the team expands, the incumbent will also supervise roles such as community manager, trafficker, designer, and audiovisual producer. ***Main Responsibilities*** Define and execute the digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation. Design the monthly content plan (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook). Supervise content creation (community manager and audiovisual team). Coordinate and direct the trafficker on Meta Ads campaigns. Approve graphic assets and content prior to publication. Analyze key metrics: leads generated, cost per lead (CPL), conversions. Propose continuous improvements based on results. Manage messages and digital channels during initial stages. Ensure brand consistency across all channels. Participate in planning the marketing team’s growth. ***Requirements*** \- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (not mandatory if substantial experience is demonstrated). ***Knowledge*** \- Social media content strategy \- Meta Ads (intermediate to advanced level) \- Conversion-oriented copywriting \- Marketing metrics: CPL, ROAS, conversions \- Canva or other design tools (functional proficiency) \- Basic analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) ***Competencies and Skills*** \- Leadership: ability to lead and demand results from others. \- Proactivity: proposes and executes without constant supervision. \- Strategic thinking: understands the business, not just social media. \- Organization: manages multiple priorities without losing control. \- Empathy: understands the target audience (parents and families). \- Clear and direct communication. ***Experience:*** \- 2–4 years in digital marketing Proven experience in Meta Ads campaigns, managing social media and content, and leading or coordinating teams (even small ones).
