We are currently seeking new talent. **Are you the ideal candidate?** * Qualified Medical Technologist. * Minimum 2 years of experience in laboratory work. * Experience in manual and automated immunology. * Availability to work overtime when required. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Sample processing and validation. * Supervise daily equipment maintenance and record daily controls. * Perform daily sample processing and review pending samples awaiting validation. * Run controls and validate assay runs. * Coordinate corrective actions with the Quality Department in case controls or calibrations fail on equipment and/or equipment malfunctions occur. * Perform processing and analysis of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, microbiology, blood bank, anatomical pathology, and/or molecular biology samples from patients, maintaining confidentiality and discretion regarding patient processes and results, according to the assigned department. * Maintain operational readiness of assigned equipment and submit required material and supply requests. Ensure adequate supply for the assigned area. * Perform daily/weekly/monthly user-level equipment maintenance, recording activity completion in designated forms. * Process internal, inter-laboratory, and external controls for the assigned area, conducting analysis based on Westgard rules specified in the Analytical Quality Procedure Manual. * Apply established protocols, guidelines, procedures, and techniques for handling biological samples and biosafety. * Assist in preparing records, reports, and analyses required for diagnosis and statistics. * Other duties as assigned by management. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a company with solid reputation and nationwide presence. * Competitive market salary. * Career development path. * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Corporate benefits for you and your family.
