Position Summary: Responsible for executing and calculating the payroll process for employees and managing the payroll outsourcing service across various geographies, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Identification and oversight of technical incidents in payroll systems. **Date:** Jun 30, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Execute and calculate the correct payroll process for employees while managing the payroll outsourcing service across multiple geographies (e.g., USA, Uruguay, etc.) in accordance with Alicorp’s standards, to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and other obligations, compliant with applicable labor regulations in each geography. Assignment and active participation in various relevant Corporate projects. **What will you do in this role?** * Calculate and validate biweekly and monthly payroll runs. * Calculate and validate special payroll runs. * Consolidate and submit updates to be considered by the outsourcing provider for payroll calculation. * Verify the reasonableness of payroll calculations performed by the outsourcing provider. * Perform payroll accounting close and record bank disbursement entries. * Prepare and validate final settlement calculations for departing employees. * Submit post-payroll labor and tax declarations. * Generate payroll-related reports or analyses as requested by business units. * Address internal/external audit, SOX, and other requests as required by the Corporate function. * Actively participate in Corporate projects such as acquisition/integration of new companies. * Identify, centralize, and oversee technical incidents affecting payroll system functionality across geographies. * Co-design solution alternatives in your capacity as a Power User. **What do we need from you?** * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Payroll functions. * Experience managing payroll across multiple countries is desirable. * Prior experience in the mass consumer goods sector is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Proficiency in data management tools. * Proficiency in SAP. * English proficiency is desirable.
