Employment stability **HYGIENE AND MAINTENANCE STAFF — LINCE BRANCH (MORNING SHIFT)** **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Cleaning Assistant** to join our Lince branch team immediately. The core purpose of this role is to maintain sterility, cleanliness, and proper presentation of all facility areas during the morning shift. **Required Profile:** * Proven experience in cleaning, disinfection, or general services (commercial premises, offices, or residences). * Commitment, strict punctuality, proactivity, and discipline. * Residence in Lince or adjacent districts with direct access (Lima District, La Victoria, San Borja, Jesús María, etc.). **Main Responsibilities:** * Ongoing disinfection and hygiene maintenance of the exercise hall, machine park, restrooms, and reception area. * Cleaning of the entrance portal, façade, and parking area. * Regular removal of waste from lockers, the exercise hall, and reception during working hours. * Ensuring the overall image, order, and hygiene of the establishment. **Working Hours and Rest Days:** * **Monday to Friday:** 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays:** 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **Rest Day:** One rotating weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** S/. 1,200\.00 soles (timely biweekly and end-of-month payments). * **Exclusive benefit:** Fully free gym membership for the employee. * **Legal benefits:** Enrollment in MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month, including statutory benefits. * Employment stability and immediate hiring.
