Opportunity to work with a social purpose Job Description: On behalf of our client — an organization focused on social impact campaigns — we are seeking: SALES ADVISOR – SOCIAL CAMPAIGNS (Jockey Plaza – Surco) Responsibilities: * Interact with the public to promote the current campaign. * Raise public awareness regarding the organization’s social mission. * Manage sales of solidarity products as a fundraising mechanism. * Apply persuasive sales techniques and objection handling. * Maintain an organized customer service module with inventory control. * Support the proper execution of the campaign experience at the point of sale. Requirements: * Completed secondary education or incomplete university studies in Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in digital tools. * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in sales, customer service, promotion, or social campaigns. * Proactive, empathetic profile with a strong orientation toward public-facing work. Working Conditions: * Location: Jockey Plaza – Surco. * Shifts: * Shift A: 11:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. * Shift B: 4:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. * Rotational shift work based on availability. * Compensation: performance-based unlimited commissions. * Opportunity to participate in high-impact social campaigns and develop professionally in the commercial field.
