MOLD MAKING TECHNICIAN – LURIN

Job Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in maintenance and repair of plastic injection molds to coordinate and execute maintenance, manufacture components, and diagnose faults. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and execution of preventive and corrective mold maintenance. 2. Manufacturing and repair of mold components. 3. Fault diagnosis and optimization of mold performance. **Requirements** * Graduate technician in Mold Making, Production Mechanics, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Proven experience in maintenance and repair of plastic injection molds. * Knowledge and operation of: * Conventional lathe. * Milling machine. * Grinding and sharpening machines. * Machine tools. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings. * Knowledge of measurements, fits, tolerances, and surface finishes. * Proficiency in bench mechanics. * Basic knowledge of industrial electricity. * Desired experience with cold runner and hot runner molds. * Availability to work in Lurín. * Preferably reside in Lurín, Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, Pachacámac, or nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective mold maintenance. * Manufacture and repair mold components according to drawings and technical specifications. * Diagnose faults and propose improvements to optimize mold performance. * Operate machine tools for part manufacturing and restoration. * Supervise maintenance work and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Coordinate tests and validations following repairs. * Maintain up-to-date maintenance records and reports. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department. **Competencies:** * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Results-oriented. * Teamwork. * Operational leadership. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** \- Compensation: **S/ 3,100 monthly** **\+ family allowance**, with formal payroll registration and all statutory benefits. \- Health insurance and corporate benefits. \- Ongoing training and professional development. \- Job stability within a solid and growing company. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday. * Shift 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or * Shift 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,100\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you live in the Lurín area or nearby?
