Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and charismatic individual to present premium supplement products on TikTok Live, interact with the audience, and coordinate content. Key Responsibilities: 1. Present on TikTok Live with energy and charisma 2. Interact with the live audience and respond to comments 3. Receive comprehensive training and develop on-camera confidence Kallpa Nutrition is a Peruvian premium supplement brand (Omega-3, magnesium, ashwagandha, multivitamins, and more). We sell via TikTok Live and are looking for an energetic and charismatic person to present our products on camera. WHAT WILL YOU DO? \- Host the day's TikTok Live (morning and afternoon shifts) \- Showcase and explain products in your own words \- Generate interaction with the live audience \- Respond to comments and maintain the live session’s pace \- Coordinate with the team on which products to highlight each day WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? \- Charisma and confidence on camera \- Interest in health, fitness, or wellness \- Reliability with scheduled hours — the live session goes live without fail \- Residency near Callao (in-person position) \- Availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM If you have the right attitude, we’ll train you. COMPENSATION \- Base salary: S/600 per month \- Commission: 4% of total sales generated \- Estimated total with commission: S/800 – S/1200 per month \- Full training provided before starting PROCESS 1\.
