Advise on Falabella Corporate People Management Model. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure the proper execution of HR processes at the store. What will be your main challenges? Ensure the proper execution of HR processes at the store, safeguarding regulatory compliance, team well-being, and alignment with Falabella Corporate HR Model—thereby contributing to store productivity, workplace climate, and operational efficiency. 1\. Oversee the store's HR processes. 2\. Ensure compliance and effectiveness of Human Resources processes, such as timekeeping, personnel onboarding, validation of onboarding documentation, etc. 3\. Supervise and monitor compliance with labor regulations, managing the correct process for handling disciplinary actions at the store. 4\. Provide advisory support regarding the Falabella Corporate People Management Model. 5\. Manage workplace climate in collaboration with unit leaders to listen to and address the needs of Tottus store teams. 6\. Support the Store Manager in achieving business operational efficiency related to staffing and productivity. 7\. Monitor and coordinate regularly with administrative office departments to submit reports and information accurately and systematically. What are we looking for? 1\. Knowledge of Human Resources processes including performance management, workplace climate, culture, timekeeping, labor relations management, attendance, internal communications, social welfare, recruitment, among others. 2\. Desirable training in leadership, workplace climate and culture, compensation, and labor relations. Therefore, all our selection processes are conducted under this principle. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in retail, mass consumer goods, or related sectors. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources processes. * Experience in payroll, compensation, and/or personnel administration. * Proficiency in HR KPIs. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Availability to work onsite at Tottus Bellavista.
