We are looking for a results-oriented Trainer with leadership and innovation capabilities to strengthen the skills of our sales teams. We seek a dynamic, organized individual with strong communication skills, capable of delivering knowledge effectively, implementing learning strategies, and contributing to achieving commercial objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer, Sales Coach, Commercial Trainer, or similar role. * Experience training sales teams, commercial campaigns, call centers, or related services. * Experience conducting onboarding training, refresher sessions, commercial workshops, and on-the-job training (OJT) coaching. * Knowledge of sales techniques, handling objections, negotiation, effective communication, and closing deals. * Ability to manage and track training, performance, and productivity metrics. * Experience conducting learning assessments, providing feedback, and developing improvement plans. * Experience preparing management reports and training outcome reports. * Strong public speaking skills, group facilitation ability, and leadership. **TOOL PROFICIENCY:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: * Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Proficiency in digital tools and Artificial Intelligence for creating training materials: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365\. * Proficiency in virtual training platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. * Ability to design innovative presentations, assessments, interactive activities, and learning resources. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver initial and ongoing training for sales teams. * Train on products, services, commercial processes, sales techniques, and management tools. * Develop and update commercial training materials. * Design interactive activities, workshops, and exercises to reinforce commercial skills. * Conduct knowledge assessments and learning progress tracking. * Provide OJT coaching to identify improvement opportunities. * Deliver feedback and commercial coaching to advisors. * Implement reinforcement plans to improve performance and key metrics. * Monitor the learning curve of new hires. * Track performance and development of trained personnel. * Prepare training reports, attendance records, outcomes, and metrics. * Propose innovative strategies using digital tools and artificial intelligence to enhance the learning experience. **WORK CONDITIONS:** Work Modality: On-site. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **COMPENSATION:** **Base Salary:** S/. 1,300 **Mobility Allowance:** S/. 300 **Performance-Based Bonus (Objective Achievement):** Up to S/. 300 Estimated Monthly Income: Up to S/. 1,900 **PERFORMANCE-BASED VARIABLE PAY:** This variable component is linked to achievement of position-specific objectives and management outcomes, considering: * Adherence to the training schedule. * Delivery of onboarding training and refresher sessions. * Participant pass rates and learning levels. * Improvement in the commercial performance of trained teams. * Completion of OJT sessions and feedback delivery. * Implementation of improvement plans. * Timely submission of training reports and metrics.
